Intensive Guidance
Space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect
Sometimes an hour together feels too brief for what you are carrying. You may be moving through grief, struggling with familiar patterns, or longing for space to explore questions that everyday life leaves little room to hear.
An intensive offers extended time to meet what is arising within you with compassion, curiosity, and support. We may explore the thoughts, beliefs, and conditioning that shape your experience, while making room for feelings that have been difficult to approach or repressed for a long time.
My work begins with the understanding that you are inherently Whole. Together, we listen to what hurts, what protects you, and what needs attention. There is room for uncertainty, silence, tears, laughter, and discovery. You do not have to arrive with the right words or know where the exploration will lead.
What we might explore
People seek intensive guidance for many reasons, including:
Grief, loss, or a significant life transition
Anxiety, low mood, or patterns that feel difficult to shift
Relationship struggles and questions of belonging or self-worth
Meditation experiences or spiritual questions they wish to understand
A desire to explore consciousness, conditioning, and Wholeness
Time devoted to reflection, rest, and reconnecting with the living world
We begin by discussing what you need and whether an intensive is the right form of support for you.
Our time together
Preparation
We usually meet for three to five preparatory sessions. These conversations give us time to build trust, explore your intentions, and discuss any concerns. We also plan the practical details together: the setting, food, comfort items, accessibility needs, and the support that would help you feel at ease.
The intensive
The intensive generally includes three to five hours of focused guidance with me. I arrange for a second practitioner to be nearby for additional support, and we discuss their role beforehand.
Our time may include dialogue, meditation, quiet reflection, and time in nature. We move at a pace we agree upon together, with room for breaks and changes along the way. You are welcome to speak about discomfort, ask questions, or pause.
Immediate integration
Afterward, we allow spacious time to begin making sense of your experience. This may involve relaxed conversation, a walk, journaling, art, meditation, or simply resting. The original format allows approximately three to seven hours for this stage; we will discuss what is useful and manageable for you.
Follow-up
We plan three initial follow-up sessions, with further support as needed. Together, we explore what remains meaningful, what feels unresolved, and how your insights might find expression in daily life and relationships.
An intensive can open questions and offer clarity. You don't need any particular experience, and there's no pressure to turn it into a dramatic transformation.
Practical arrangements
The overall process generally involves approximately 12–25 hours of support, with the scope agreed upon individually. Additional sessions may extend beyond this range.
We will discuss the location and any rest or overnight arrangements before making a plan. A trusted support person is welcome in preparation and follow-up conversations. The intensive is usually individual, with any support-person involvement agreed upon beforehand.
Contribution
The suggested contribution for the full process is $1,000–$3,850, depending on the agreed scope of support and your financial circumstances.
This range reflects preparation, intensive practitioner support, and integration. I want us to find an arrangement that supports both your access to care and the sustainability of this work. If the range feels daunting, please reach out. We can talk openly about what is manageable without adding unnecessary financial stress.
We'll agree on the contribution, what it includes, and payment arrangements before we begin. When feasible, contributing half beforehand helps with preparation; we can discuss other arrangements.
